Our Crew
West Texas Real Estate Inspection is a locally owned and operated business in the Lubbock Area. Brandon Sanders, and his wife Lindsey, will be happy to help you in one of the biggest decisions of a lifetime.
Our Background
Working with his family, Brandon Sanders began building homes and structures at the age of 14. Upon high school graduation, he attended Heartland Baptist Bible College and became a graduate in 2012. In 2014, Brandon became a licensed inspector and began to work for a local franchise. Since then, Brandon has acquired an electricians license and certifications as a pool operator, pool inspector, sewer, well, and sprinkler.
Our Goal
We know that making the decision to purchase a home is one of the biggest decisions one can make in a lifetime. Raising a family of 7, Brandon understands how important it is to make an educated decision in the purchase of a home. Is the inspector Texas Real Estate Comission (TREC) certified and a member of the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association (TPREIA) and/or a member of InterNACHI?
Brandon is certified by TREC to do inspections in Texas and is also a member of TPREIA and InterNACHI.
Experience
Does he or she have the experience inspecting the same type and age of dwelling and/or land you are considering - and in the same geographical area?
Brandon was born and raised in Lubbock and given the background in construction, he knows all there is to know about building and what could cause the issues a home may have.
